Client Service Associate - IFA Firm
Wilmslow / Hybrid
Salary to £30,000


We are looking to recruit a Client Service Associate to join our Client Services team.
This is an important role within our client support function, providing administration and client service support to advisers and clients throughout the financial planning journey. The successful candidate will work closely with advisers, clients, and internal teams to deliver a professional, efficient and client-focused service while ensuring all administrative activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
" Supporting advisers with the day-to-day administration of client cases.
" Preparing documentation, obtaining policy information, and progressing client requests.
" Managing client communications and providing regular updates on case progress.
" Arranging and supporting adviser-client meetings, including preparation of meeting documentation.
" Processing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and gathering information from providers.
" Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all activities are recorded appropriately.
" Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless client journey.
" Preparing cases for handover to the specialist New Business team where required.
Skills and experience required:
" Ideally previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services.
" Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
" Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
" Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
" A proactive and customer-focused approach.
" Experience using Intelligent Office (iO) and Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous.
" Knowledge of financial planning processes and products would be beneficial but is not essential.
