IFA Co-Ordinator (Administrator)
Location: Nottingham - Hybrid
Salary: up to £32,000 (Experience dependant)
Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to meet client and business needs
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
NJR Recruitment is currently working with a highly respected, nationwide independent financial planning firm to recruit a IFA Administrator (Co-ordinator)
This is an integral role within the business, providing essential support to Financial Planners and delivering an excellent, client-centric service. The successful candidate will join a busy and collaborative team where accuracy, communication, and the ability to work to agreed timescales are key.
You will ideally have industry related experience of working within a similar role to be considered,
About the Role
As a IFA Administrator (Co-Ordinator), you will work closely with Financial Planners, Paraplanners and other key stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality financial planning and advice services.
You will be responsible for a varied workload, supporting clients directly while also ensuring the Financial Planners have everything they need to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
\" Supporting clients and Financial Planners via telephone, email and video
\" Handling client enquiries and liaising with providers
\" Promoting the Personal Financial Portal and processing referrals
\" Booking appointments and managing Financial Planner diaries
\" Preparing complex meeting packs and supporting Financial Planners with client meeting preparation
\" Submitting instructions to platforms and providers
\" Working closely with Financial Planners on all aspects of their day-to-day client work
\" Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office when required
\" Opening, scanning and distributing incoming mail
\" Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, back-office systems and shared folders
\" Contacting new and existing clients to obtain information on behalf of Financial Planners
\" Working closely with Paraplanners and other stakeholders to support clients and the delivery of financial planning services
\" Providing general administration and coordination support as required
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
\" Previous experience in a Financial Planning support or administration role within financial services
\" Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
\" Knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO)
\" Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
\" Good numeracy skills
\" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\" The ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively as part of a team
\" The ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision
\" A proactive, adaptable and client-focused approach
