Estate Planning Administrator
Altrincham
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000
Full-Time | Permanent
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing professional services business to recruit an Estate Planning Administrator to join their expanding Estate Planning team in Altrincham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused administrator looking to develop a career within Estate Planning and Private Client Services.
You will provide essential administrative support across a range of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate, while working closely with clients, advisers and third parties to ensure cases progress smoothly.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of estate planning cases, from opening new files and preparing documentation through to chasing outstanding information and supporting cases through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
\" Manage incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
\" Prepare standard correspondence and client documentation.
\" Open and set up new client files.
\" Maintain accurate client records and internal systems.
\" Monitor and progress cases through to completion.
\" Liaise professionally with clients, advisers and third parties.
\" Chase outstanding documentation, information and signatures.
\" Prepare client documentation packs.
\" Assist with the administration of wills, trusts, LPAs and probate matters.
\" Support the wider department with general administration and case management.
\" Ensure client information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company procedures.
\" Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Estate Planning Department.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
\" Previous administration experience.
\" Excellent organisational and time management skills.
\" Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
\" Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\" The ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
\" Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
\" A professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
Desirable experience includes:
\" Previous experience within legal, estate planning, probate or financial services.
\" Experience using CRM or case management systems.
\" Knowledge of wills, trusts, LPAs or probate processes.
\" Experience dealing directly with clients.
