IFA Client Care Administrator
South Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing and highly respected financial planning firm that is looking to recruit a Client Care Administrator to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused financial services professional looking to join a supportive business where you can develop your skills and play a key role in delivering an outstanding client experience.
Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you will ensure clients receive a seamless service while helping to keep business operations running efficiently.
The Role
This varied position will see you taking ownership of key client servicing and administration activities, including:
\" Managing adviser diaries and booking annual reviews, introductory meetings and client appointments
\" Coordinating meeting schedules and ensuring adviser calendars are organised efficiently
\" Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Transfers of Service (ToS), tracking requests and liaising with providers
\" Chasing outstanding information and maintaining accurate records across internal systems
\" Processing provider documentation, including fund switches, fee amendments and Bed & ISA transactions
\" Supporting advisers with day-to-day client servicing requirements
\" Answering client enquiries and providing a professional first point of contact
\" Logging and distributing incoming and outgoing post
\" Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
\" Supporting the wider Client Care and Client Servicing teams where required
About You
To be successful, you will have:
\" Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning administration/client servicing role
\" Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
\" Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
\" High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
\" Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
\" Experience using back-office systems within financial services would be advantageous
\" A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
