Client Support Executive
Location: Altrincham
Salary: 27,000 - 28,500 + Progression Opportunities

Are you confident on the phone, organised, and motivated by helping people? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing business that supports individuals over the age of 66 in accessing valuable financial support that can genuinely improve their quality of life.

This is a rewarding and fast-paced role where you will be speaking with prospective clients daily, guiding conversations, assessing eligibility, and helping people take the next step with confidence.

The Role
This is a phone-based position where you will manage inbound enquiries and follow up with prospective clients, supporting them through the early stages of the process.
You will be responsible for building rapport quickly, asking structured questions, keeping accurate records, and ensuring every client receives a professional and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities
" Handle inbound enquiries from prospective clients
" Follow up leads promptly and consistently
" Conduct structured conversations to assess eligibility
" Clearly explain services and next steps to clients
" Record accurate information using the CRM system
" Keep pipelines organised and fully updated
" Build trust and guide conversations towards positive outcomes
" Manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently throughout the day

About You
" Confident and professional telephone manner
" Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
" Strong communication and listening skills
" Able to lead conversations and manage objections confidently
" Highly organised with strong attention to detail
" Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment
" Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
" Experience within phone-based customer service, sales or contact centre roles would be highly advantageous

What's on Offer
" Salary between £27,000 - £28,500 depending on experience
" Full-time office-based role in Altrincham
" Monday to Friday working hours (9am-5pm)
" Optional overtime available on Saturdays
" Supportive and ambitious team environment
