IFA Administrator
Leeds
Salary: up to £32,000
NJR Recruitment is working with a longstanding, successful, and directly authorised Independent Financial Advice practice in North Leeds, who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable individual who is confident within financial planning administration and ideally keen to develop into paraplanning in the future.
The Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide essential support to the advisers and play a key part in ensuring a smooth client experience. Responsibilities include:
\" Processing new business applications, including investment trades
\" Compiling client review packs, valuations, and illustrations
\" Managing and processing Letters of Authority
\" Assisting with suitability report preparation
\" Maintaining accurate client records on Intelligent Office
\" Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties
\" Ensuring all information is compliant and up to date
About You:
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator who can demonstrate:
\" Strong knowledge of Intelligent Office (essential)
\" Experience using FE Analytics (ideal but not essential)
\" Confidence using investment platforms
\" Good understanding of Word and Excel, or willingness to learn
\" Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
\" A proactive and professional approach
\" Desire to progress into paraplanning (optional but beneficial)
