IFA Administrator
Location: Meriden
Salary: up to £30,000
Benefits: 8% pension contribution, BUPA private healthcare, free parking
The Opportunity
We are seeking an organised and proactive Wealth Administrator to join our well-established Wealth Management and Financial Planning company. You will provide essential administrative support to Financial Planners and play a key role in delivering a high standard of service to clients. Key Responsibilities
\" Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners
\" Act as a liaison between paraplanners and planners to ensure smooth workflow
\" Manage diary systems for busy Financial Planners
\" Liaise with clients professionally to deliver exceptional service
\" Update client details on back-office systems accurately
\" Prepare client review packs and post-meeting documentation
\" Handle Letters of Authority and liaise with providers to ensure timely processing of new business
\" Draft Suitability Letters following client meetings
\" Process new business on multiple platforms, including fund switches, pension transfers, ISA contributions, and in-house DFM
Key Skills & Experience
\" Minimum 3 years\' experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment
\" Confident user of Microsoft Office
\" Knowledge of investments, pensions, and protection products
\" Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
\" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\" Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
\" Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
\" Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Training & Development
\" Support for professional qualifications if desired
\" On-the-job training provided for product or provider knowledge gaps
Qualifications
\" GCSE English and Maths (Grade C / 4 or above)
\" Level 3 or higher in Financial Planning qualifications is advantageous but not essential
