Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a dynamic and growing Financial Planning firm?

NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Planning practice based in Bromsgrove. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a talented IFA Administrator to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Director / Financial Planner.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that offers a supportive environment, structured career progression and study support for professional development.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across the full financial planning process, ensuring a smooth and compliant client journey.
Your duties will include:
" Processing new client information and maintaining the client database
" Preparing new client packs and checking Fact Finds are fully completed
" Issuing authority letters and managing provider correspondence
" Ensuring all AML and compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
" Obtaining illustrations, application forms and supporting documentation
" Submitting new business applications (online and to providers)
" Tracking and updating cases through to completion
" Liaising with the Financial Planner and Paraplanner on case progress
" Preparing documentation for client review meetings
" Updating cashflow models ahead of review meetings

About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
" Have previous experience working within Financial Services (essential)
" Ideally have experience supporting a Financial Adviser / IFA
" Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
" Have excellent organisational and communication skills
" Be proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
" Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
