Trainee Financial Planning Administrator
Holmfirth
Up to £26,000

NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a successful and growing Financial Planning firm who are looking to recruit a Trainee Financial Planning Administrator to join their supportive team for initially an 18 month period

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career within Financial Services, gaining hands-on experience within a professional wealth management environment with full training and development provided.

The Role
Working as part of an established team, you will provide valuable day-to-day administrative support to advisers and senior colleagues, learning the foundations of the financial planning process.
Key responsibilities will include:
" Answering the telephone professionally and dealing with client enquiries
" Supporting advisers and colleagues with day-to-day administration
" Managing files, retrieving information and updating records
" Inputting data onto internal systems with a high level of accuracy
" Preparing correspondence via email and letter
" Filing, scanning and maintaining client documentation
" Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
" Assisting with office organisation and general administrative tasks
" Supporting the wider team as required

About You
" Keen to build a career within Financial Planning / Wealth Management
" Degree level qualified in a finance related (economics/maths etc) or professional services (Law/Business Studies)
" Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
" Professional telephone manner and confident communication skills
" Good numeracy and written skills
" Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
" Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
" Reliable, punctual and professional approach
