Trainee Paraplanner
Leeds
£25,000 - £30,000
NJR Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Adviser firm in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Trainee Paraplanner to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a graduate looking to start a career in financial planning or an experienced IFA Administrator looking to progress into a more technical paraplanning role.
You will receive full training and support while working alongside experienced Advisers and Paraplanners, gaining valuable exposure to financial planning, technical research and report writing.
The Role
\" Assist Paraplanners and Advisers with research and analysis
\" Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation
\" Gather provider information, valuations and illustrations
\" Support the drafting of suitability reports and recommendation letters
\" Process new business applications and track cases through to completion
\" Maintain accurate client records using back-office systems
\" Liaise with clients, providers and internal teams professionally
\" Study towards industry qualifications with full support available
Who We\'re Looking For
\" We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:
\" Recent graduates (Finance, Economics, Business or related subjects preferred)
\" Existing IFA Administrators looking to progress into paraplanning
\" Candidates with financial services experience and a strong interest in advice/planning
\" Strong analytical and numerical skills
\" Excellent written communication and attention to detail
\" Motivated individuals looking for a long-term career path
