IFA Administrator
Nottingham (Hybrid Working)
Salary up TO £30,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded financial advice team within a leading professional services environment.

The Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth running of client servicing and back-office processes. This is a varied and fast-paced position where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key.
Key Responsibilities
\" Maintain and update client data using back-office systems (Intelliflo Office)
\" Manage adviser diaries and support with day-to-day client administration
\" Handle group pension data and related administration
\" Process mail merges for bulk client communications and reporting
\" Administer changes to client portfolios across platforms and WRAP products
\" Deliver a high level of service to both clients and internal stakeholders
About You
\" Previous experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
\" Strong working knowledge of back-office systems (Intelliflo experience desirable)
\" Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
\" Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
\" Able to manage workload effectively in a busy environment
\" Proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
