IFA Administrator
Nottingham (Hybrid Working)
Salary up TO £30,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded financial advice team within a leading professional services environment.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for wealth management, looking to further develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative team.

The Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth running of client servicing and back-office processes. This is a varied and fast-paced position where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key.

Key Responsibilities
" Maintain and update client data using back-office systems (Intelliflo Office)
" Manage adviser diaries and support with day-to-day client administration
" Handle group pension data and related administration
" Process mail merges for bulk client communications and reporting
" Administer changes to client portfolios across platforms and WRAP products
" Deliver a high level of service to both clients and internal stakeholders

About You
" Previous experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
" Strong working knowledge of back-office systems (Intelliflo experience desirable)
" Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
" Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
" Able to manage workload effectively in a busy environment
" Proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
