Leicester Based
Salary up to £55,000

The Role
As a Financial Planner, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, providing holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement, and estate planning. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships and delivering clear, effective financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
\" Deliver regulated financial advice across pensions, investments, and estate planning
\" Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding individual goals and objectives
\" Use cashflow modelling tools to demonstrate planning outcomes clearly
\" Manage ongoing client reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
\" Collaborate with paraplanning and administration teams to support client delivery
\" Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals and networking
\" Stay up to date with market developments, legislation, and regulatory changes
\" Maintain CPD and uphold high professional standards
About You
\" Minimum 5 years\' experience advising clients within financial services
\" Chartered status (or close to achieving) preferred
\" Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, tax planning, and retirement strategies
\" Confident user of technology, including cashflow modelling tools
\" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\" Highly organised with strong attention to detail
\" Commercially aware with the ability to generate new business
\" Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality advice
