Salary up to £55,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Planner to join a well-established and highly respected financial planning firm. With a strong heritage and client-first approach, this role offers the chance to work within a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, tailored advice.

The Role
As a Financial Planner, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, providing holistic advice across pensions, investments, retirement, and estate planning. You will play a key role in building long-term relationships and delivering clear, effective financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities
" Deliver regulated financial advice across pensions, investments, and estate planning
" Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding individual goals and objectives
" Use cashflow modelling tools to demonstrate planning outcomes clearly
" Manage ongoing client reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
" Collaborate with paraplanning and administration teams to support client delivery
" Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals and networking
" Stay up to date with market developments, legislation, and regulatory changes
" Maintain CPD and uphold high professional standards

About You
" Minimum 5 years' experience advising clients within financial services
" Chartered status (or close to achieving) preferred
" Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, tax planning, and retirement strategies
" Confident user of technology, including cashflow modelling tools
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
" Highly organised with strong attention to detail
" Commercially aware with the ability to generate new business
" Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality advice
