Employee Benefits Administrator
Location: Nottingham OR Warwick
Salary: Up to £30,000
Hybrid Working Available

NJR Recruitment are working with a leading UK independent financial advice firm who are seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their thriving team in either Nottingham or Warwick. This role will see you providing high-quality, proactive support to consultants advising on Group Schemes and Employee Benefit Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
" Produce Pension Governance scheme information
" Analyse clients' circumstances, needs and objectives
" Prepare research and discussion documents
" Create, update and track all leads for pension referrals
" Liaise with providers to gather client information
" Generate client letters via mail merge and track responses
" Obtain quotations, key features, applications and all relevant meeting documentation
" Process renewals of Employee Benefit Schemes, including checking and issuing annual accounts
" Draft employee and scheme-member communications
" Provide day-to-day account management and maintain regular contact with employer clients
" Work with employers to gather employee data and submit to providers for new business or renewals
" Use Intelligent Office to manage Group Risk, Group Life, PMI and Group Pension renewals or review dates
" Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and plan records
" Ensure all documentation is saved correctly in line with company procedures
" Manage and complete tasks within Intelligent Office
" Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally, directing where appropriate

About You
To be considered, you will ideally have experience within Employee Benefits Administration, with knowledge of:
" Group Risk
" Group Life
" PMI
" Group Pension renewals
You will have strong communication skills, excellent time-management, and the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Experience dealing directly with clients, including face-to-face interaction, would be advantageous.
