As a Corporate Account Handler, you\'ll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of key clients, supporting them with expert broking and technical guidance across a wide range of commercial insurance products. What You\'ll Be Doing:
- Provide technical support to clients, delivering accurate and timely responses to queries.
- Handle new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments across a range of commercial insurance policies.
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate and completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain a client-first approach, ensuring an outstanding level of service at all times.
What We\'re Looking For:
- Proven experience within commercial insurance broking, ideally with exposure to larger, corporate risks. But we will also look at commercial experience!
- Confident technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial products.
- Someone who\'s commercially savvy, client-focused, and always two steps ahead.
- Strong communication skills - you know how to listen, advise, and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail - you\'re organised and on top of your game.
