Financial Planner
Coventry (Hybrid working)
Salary: Up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
Full-Time | Permanent | Level 4 Qualified
NJR Recruitment are working with a highly reputable and forward-thinking wealth management firm seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to manage an established client bank while also developing new business through networking and referrals.
You will receive full administrative and paraplanning support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality financial advice and building long-term client relationships.
The Role
As a trusted Financial Adviser, you will:
\" Conduct in-depth financial reviews to assess clients\' current circumstances and future objectives.
\" Design and deliver tailored financial strategies aligned with clients\' goals and risk appetite.
\" Provide expert advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning.
\" Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring ongoing suitability and exceptional service.
\" Keep abreast of financial legislation, taxation, and regulatory changes.
\" Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business development initiatives.
About You
\" Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential.
\" Competent Adviser Status (CAS) with proven client-facing experience.
\" Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
\" Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly way.
\" Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
\" Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in systems such as Voyant or similar financial planning software.
\" A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes.
