2 Days Remote | Free Parking | Exam Funding | 25 Days Holiday | Death in Service

Are you a motivated and solutions-focused Paraplanner looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking Financial Planning firm? Our client is a highly regarded practice with a modern, welcoming culture, and due to continued growth they are looking to add a technically strong Paraplanner to their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a Managing Director and a team of Financial Planners, delivering high-quality technical support while developing your skills and progressing your career.
Diploma-qualified candidates without direct Paraplanning experience will also be considered.

What You\'ll Be Doing
\" Preparing detailed, bespoke Suitability Reports
\" Providing high-level technical research and supporting documentation
\" Submitting new business and managing transactions
\" Engaging with clients via phone, email, and written communication
\" Reviewing KYC information to identify suitable advice outcomes
\" Gathering detailed financial information for client plans
\" Ensuring full compliance and accurate risk profiling
\" Preparing and updating cashflow models for review meetings
\" Building strong client relationships and attending meetings with Advisers when needed
What We\'re Looking For
\" Proven Paraplanning experience (IFA environment desirable)
\" Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial planning processes
\" Diploma qualified or working towards Level 4
\" Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\" Strong Microsoft Office and Excel abilities
\" Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to delivering first-class service
