Junior Financial Planning Administrator

The Role
As a Junior Administrator, you will provide essential support to Advisers, helping them prepare for client meetings and manage day-to-day client relationships. You\'ll also assist the wider administration and management teams with a variety of operational and client service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
\" Process incoming and outgoing post, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
\" Conduct quality checks on client communications before distribution.
\" Handle routine client calls and assist with enquiries.
\" Greet clients and prepare meeting rooms for adviser appointments.
\" Create and maintain client records within the CRM system.
\" Prepare adviser meeting packs, including valuations and supporting documents.
\" Issue and monitor Letters of Authority (LOAs) and liaise with external providers.
\" Assist with scanning, filing, and maintaining organised digital records.
\" Support the team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.
What We\'re Looking For
\" A professional and friendly telephone manner with a client-focused attitude.
\" Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
\" Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
\" Confident communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
\" Good understanding of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems.
\" Previous experience in financial services or wealth management is desirable, but not essential.
