OFFICE MANAGER - Financial Planning Practice
Location | South Manchester
NJR Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-known and highly regarded firm of Financial Planners who are keen to hire a new Office Manager.

Our client is looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable candidate to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail. You will come from a strong Financial Services background, ideally an IFA Firm where you will have gained knowledge of using Back Office Systems & Provider Platforms.
Requirements:
\" Overseeing the general running of the office and the client experience
\" Managing a small team of 5 office assistants
\" HR duties (with the potential for some duties to be outsourced) including health and safety, fire safety etc and overseeing our employee reward program
\" Managing contracts and software licences
\" Overseeing office maintenance and IT issues
\" Ad Hoc duties and project work
\" Experience of financial services systems an advantage (e.g. Intelliflo), excel competent
