DESCRIPTION
Our client, a highly successful distributor now has an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to join their team.
Working closely with the Manager, duties include:
Assist the Manager with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, ER, and offboarding.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
Coach managers equipping them with the confidence and tools to address and manage issues sensitively and in a timely manner.
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Update and maintain employee, absence, and holiday records.
Track the Personal Development Review Process.
Support with employee engagement activities.
Assist with the preparation of payroll.
Experience Required:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role - ideally within a distribution or similar environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Enthusiastic team player, with a proactive approach, good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Organised, and capable of prioritising multiple tasks.
