Are you an experienced Commercial Property Claims Handler who thrives on solving complex problems, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent outcomes?

In this hybrid role based out of Manchester, you\'ll take the lead on a varied portfolio of commercial property claims - working closely with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure claims are settled promptly, fairly, and with minimal disruption.
The Property Claims Handler Role:
- Managing commercial property claims from first notification to settlement.
- Acting as a client advocate - protecting interests and ensuring a smooth journey.
- Advising on cover and providing technical support throughout the claim.
- Working with insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to drive outcomes.
- Reviewing policy wordings and challenging decisions where needed.
- Keeping accurate records and meeting service level agreements.
- Supporting junior colleagues with technical queries and best practice.
What We\'re Looking For:
- Solid technical experience in handling commercial property claims.
- Confidence interpreting policy wording and negotiating fair outcomes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and a desire to support others.
- Bonus points for experience in CAR, Casualty or Financial Lines.
