Working from their offices, within the insurance department, servicing existing and new customers , offering insurance products and aftercare services this role will include:
Review completed customers looking at additional insurance products i.e. buildings and contents.
Provide aftercare service to our Protection customers discussing trusts, wills and power of attorney.
Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers.
Ensure all regulatory documentation completed within the required timescales.
What do we need from you?
Previous experience in a telesales based role
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Professional manner
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work shifts between 9am-7pm mon-thurs
