DESCRIPTION
NJR Recruitment are delighted to be in partnership with a leading global claims management company who due to growth, are looking to add an experienced Household Claims Handler to their offices based in Greater Manchester.
As Claims Handler, you will manage household claims from \'cradle to grave\', acting as a point of contact and dealing with queries from policy holders and clients alike. You will develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external and work to set KPIs and clients SLAs. In addition to your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for providing administration support within the team and the completion of other ad-hoc tasks directed by your Team Manager.
Successful candidates will have proven experience in a similar role, working in a fast paced and customer-focused environment. You will be have excellent communication skills both verbal and written together with a keen eye for detail. You will be liaising with distressed policy holders and therefore an empathetic manner is essential.
