NJR are delighted to be working with a leading commercial property company, who is now seeking a Project Co-ordinator / Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with some experience to join a business that offers career development.
Working from their offices based in Manchester you will take responsibility for the project management and mobilisation of new properties into the managed Property Portfolio and the off-boarding of properties; whilst driving operational efficiencies, implementing specific processes and procedures as required to drive consistency and performance of Operational delivery on all sites
To act as a point of contact within the Operations Team at the point that Property Management take on a new site, client or portfolio and manage the mobilisation from inception to completion, either through direct in-house delivery or use of external resources
Management of the onboarding and off boarding of properties via the Project Management system, keeping the system updated so all teams have full visibility of the current status of the project.
To ensure that all TUPE, contract and specification information is obtained and passed on to the relevant parts of the Operations team in a prompt and timely fashion
To ensure that Hard Services, Soft Services, Utilities and Telecoms, Health & Safety and HR provisions receive complete and timely information to ensure a successful commencement of the management of the site
Using our purchase order system carry out the supplier on boarding and raising of purchase orders.
To attend site when required in order to gather all pertinent handover information and to upload to our systems as necessary upon return to the office
To attend all handover meetings between internal and external teams in order to ensure that the Operations Team are kept up to date with progress and assist where necessary in the smooth transition of processes and information
Highly motivated, with a flexible approach to work
Knowledge of project management systems
Knowledge of property sector
