Internal Sales Executive (USA)

Do you want to work for a global enterprise software solution used across 60 countries and growing whose offices boast a break out area with pool tables and PS4\'s?
Due to accelerated growth and continued success both in the UK and other International territories including the USA they have a number of newly created roles for Lead Generators to join the business.
The role is based on the hours of 1pm through 8.30pm (UK) to call and deal with enquiries from companies in the USA and other international locations
Responsibilities will include:
Identify, create, develop and nurture New Business sales leads and opportunities from various innovative marketing sources
Telephone and qualify / re-qualify existing prospects within a particular staff size remit to generate New Business sales leads and opportunities
Perform, be targeted and measured against KPIs including Outbound call rates, dedicated marketing campaigns, other initiatives
Map Accounts based on the Prospect Profile to create new sales leads and opportunities
You will posses tenacity, drive, energy and the desire to succeed along with the confidence combined with the willingness to learn. They like candidates with a positive \"Can Do\" attitude who is a self-starter with a desire to take responsibility for his or her own career development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year Outbound calling for a software business in a B2B environment along with evidence of working in a structured, sales process driven capacity. You will hold excellent telephone and prospecting abilities and the confidence of making outbound calls in an open-office.
