Financial Planning Administrator
Sheffield
NJR are delighted to be recruiting for a leading financial planning firm who have over 100 years of combined experience in providing bespoke advice to their clients. Working from their office in North Sheffield, they have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer focussed to join them as a Client Assistant
This main purpose of this role is to provide support to clients as they join the practice and will involve the following:
Providing onboarding support to clients
Demonstrating to clients how to use the company website/portal to manage their accounts
Create meeting packs
Process new business
Liaise with clients and providers
Obtain valuations and illustrations
Assist with creating and distributing marketing materials
General administration duties
Liaising with clients, 3rd parties and staff where appropriate

Previous experience within a similar role
