NJR are currently working with a leading Independent Wealth Management Advisory firm based in east Leeds. Our client is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their ambitious, expanding and technically astute team.

The main purpose of your role will be to prepare written advice and provide technical research services to a team of Financial Planners, whilst ensuring that the preparation of advice for clients is of the highest quality and delivered in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities will include:
Checking all compliance paperwork is present
Discuss and document client circumstances and objectives
Identify and obtain the information necessary to compile financial cash flow analysis
Preparing recommendations
Undertake research both independently and with the financial planner to identity suitable solutions to meet clients needs
What do we need from you?
Previous experience as a paraplanner is essential
Level 4 Diploma would be beneficial, but previous experience is more important
Ability to analyse factfinds and create recommendations for clients
Good attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who can deliver a first class service to clients as well as having the ability to build strong relationships and displaying professionalism at all times.
