The Complaints Handler Responsibilities:
- Record and manage complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Investigate complaints thoroughly, liaising with internal teams and partners.
- Provide clear, well-crafted written responses and updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Team on monitoring activities.
Our Ideal Complaints Handler:
- Previous experience in customer service within financial services; complaint handling experience is a big plus!
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
