FINANCIAL EDUCATION CONSULTANT - Employee Benefits / Group Personal Pensions

SALARY: UP TO 30,000 + BENEFITS & BONUSES

An excellent \'career\' opportunity is now on offer for someone who is looking to progress in the buoyant Financial Services industry. Those who are working towards the CII exams, or who have already obtained the Level 4 Diploma and looking for a long term career are urged to apply. For those who are keen to develop, the opportunity to be enrolled in a 2-3 year development program to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser where you will earn £40k-£50k salary and OTE of £60k-£80k plus is on offer!! IT\'S AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY!!
Following a 2-3 month training program, the successful Candidate will; Work with their Client Managers to look after and develop existing corporate clients and their employees, as well as on-boarding new clients Provide effective pension and benefit guidance to employees Maximise the revenues from your clients and where possible obtain referrals Help employees engage with and benefit from their employer\'s pensions and benefits The basic salary: is between £25,000 - £30,000 plus an Individual Bonus: Circa £4,000 to £8,000 pa, paid quarterly Holiday: 33 days\' holiday (incl. bank holidays), plus 3 days at Christmas. Those applying MUST be a driver with their own transport as you will visit client sites on a regular weekly basis. You will be committed, driven, and enthusiastic and should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills which will allow you to perform comfortably in both a group and individual 1:1 training session. It is also important that the successful Candidate will have the desire to develop personally and to do \'the best you can\'. Great attention to detail and organisational skills are required along with excellent time management skills and workload prioritisation IT skills are required with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point).
