Business Development Consultant
Manchester Head Office (Remote role)
Are you a driven and money-motivated New Business Developer? Do you have a track record of generating high quality appointments via different avenues?
We are working with a specialist HR and Health and Safety consultancy on a number of vacancies to contribute to their growing, wider team. These new recruits will be situated in a thriving, sales department and will be responsible for the initial part of the sales process by developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
The business offers a clear and genuine progression route for high calibre individuals wanting a career in a specialist and consultative sector whilst moving away from aggressive sales.
Utilising proven methods to generate a targeted number of quality leads / appointments per week.
Landscape and prospect the existing customer database.
Manage customer relationships and maintain contact with key company decision makers.
Discuss contract negotiations with customers.
Reporting and updating of sales planning as required.
Achieving customer satisfaction with after sales support.
Be self-managed, responsible and highly ambitious.
All applicants must have proven outbound sales experience, on a B2B basis, ideally prof services.
As well as the right experience we need someone with the right attitude - hard working you will be self motivated and driven, capable of generating results and maintaining a healthy pipeline
