Administration Team Supervisor - Financial Planning
NJR Recruitment are delighted to once again be working with an excellent firm of independent financial advisers based in Hull who are looking to expand their team with an experienced admin team leader.
Working with an established but growing team, this role will report directly to the management team and be involved with all aspects of managing the admin function of the office.
Duties will include:
Day to day management of the admin team
Provide support, training and development to all staff
MI reporting and ensuring workflow is effective
Assisting with general IFA Admin duties (eg. valuations, illustrations etc)

What we need from you?
It is essential to have experience as an IFA Administrator
Previous experience coaching and training staff would be of benefit
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good use of computers/software
