Due to upcoming retirement my Client, a well-established manufacturer in the Home Improvements sector now has an excellent opportunity for an Office / Receptionist Manager role.
Based at their manufacturing facility in Greenfield, Oldham. This role organises and coordinates all customer related office administration and procedures in order to ensure customers and general enquiries are dealt with and managed as you would expect within a leading brand. The Reception Office Supervisor is responsible for communication to internal colleagues and operating functions and many external professional bodies, associated business partners (Marketing, SEO, Professional Writers, Photographers, PR) office administration, general marketing administration and management of the front office
This is a key role within our business, reporting directly to the CEO. Part of this role is managing the professionals mentioned above. Some directly managing, some directly managing the information flow, information reporting and relationship with our business. Additionally, you will be responsible for two colleagues who report to you.
Previous experience as an Office Supervisor is essential, ideally within manufacturing or engineering. This role is an ideal opportunity for an organised, experienced Office Supervisor to join us at an exciting period of growth. Excellent and effective communication skills.
Self-motivated and adaptable in your approach.
Confident in dealing with people at all levels, and the ability to build strong relationships.
Excellent Administration skills with a high attention to detail.
Good Excel skills and full Microsoft suite skills.
Knowledge of word-press desirable.
Knowledge and management of company social media platforms.
Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable.
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
Proactive office management.
Must be able to compile data for reporting.
