Sales Administrator / Sales Support

We are working with a well-established Communications Business in Middlewich and are recruiting for a Sales Administrator who can provide essential support to a busy sales office. You will be responsible for handling the initial aspect of the sales cycle in terms of administration, building customer relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities and liaising with colleagues to minimise any potential issues.
Responding to customers enquires / orders and delivering top level customer service.
Passing on essential information to the team and taking on a proactive approach to convert incoming leads
Stay up-to-date with existing and new products within the business
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requests/orders can be fulfilled on time and in full
Ensuring you are continually following processes and recommending changes to better benefit the team and business as a whole.
Proven sales support or internal account manager experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor approach to each individual
In depth understanding of the importance of customer care
IT Literate and experience in using a CRM to manage customer/order details
Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads
