DESCRIPTION
NJR Recruitment engaged with a leading global claims management business who due to continued success, are looking to add an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to their offices based in Greater Manchester.
As Claims Handler, you will manage commercial property claims from inception to completion, understanding customer and client needs and ensuring claims are managed accordingly. You will develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external and work to set KPIs and clients SLAs. In addition to your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for completing other ad-hoc tasks directed by your Team Manager including meeting preparation and maintaining spreadsheets.
Successful candidates will have proven experience as a Claims Handler, working in a fast paced and customer-focused environment. Extensive knowledge of property insurance claims is essential for this role together with the ability to negotiate and settled complex claims using a variety of methods. You will be have excellent communication skills both verbal and written together with a keen eye for detail. You will have a disciplined approach to you workload and work in a structured manner to drive for excellence.
