DESCRIPTION
NJR Recruitment is currently working with a firm of Independent Financial Advisers who specialise in assisting Sports Professionals. They are an established group if Chartered Financial Planners, and now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their expanding team. Working from gorgeous offices in an affluent area of Bury, Candidates applying for the role should offer a good few years\' experience working in a similar role, and should be fully confident in providing support to busy and professional Financial Planners.
Duties will include:
\" Submitting Letters of Authority to providers and chasing up information
\" Collating information received and identifying the key information needed
\" Carrying out Electronic ID checks and ensuring all money laundering requirements are met
\" Drafting and issuing engagement letters
\" Booking in review meetings with clients and provide all the meeting prep
\" Collating valuation pack prior to the meeting and obtaining valuations from providers/platforms
\" FE Analytics - obtaining relevant performance charts, medium scans and factsheets.
\" Updating Adviser Office system will client information and up to date values
\" Ensuring Fact Find process is all up to date before passing to adviser
\" Voyant Cashflow - ensure cashflow is up to date
\" Periodic suitability assessments - drafting PSAs following each meeting and ensuring central database is kept up to date
\" Collating applications and issuing to clients with instructions on completing
\" Submitting applications when received and ensuring all complete with correct information, updating Adviser Office
\" Writing various reports for Protection, Pension Switch & Investment recommendations
You will be familiar with Back Office System - Adviser Office, and be a competent user of Provider Platforms. Excellent communication skills are essential for this particular role as you will be dealing with Sports Professionals and their Agents. The ability t remain calm in a pressurised and fast paced environment is absolutely essential.
