NJR Recruitment is currently working with an Independent firm of Financial Advisers who specialise in offering whole of the market Financial Advice to their client base.
An Administrator is required to join their small team in Lancashire (South Pennines) where the successful Candidate will work directly for the Financial Adviser.
The successful candidate will carry out a full Admin support role in which you will be responsible for;
Providing an efficient new business processing service, a range of administrative support, ensuring all client information is stored on the relevant system (Intelligent Office), preparing invoices, issuing policy documents, using provider platforms, carrying out research, suitability reports and providing post meeting administration support, etc.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a firm of Financial Advisers or a Product Provider, and should be confident when processing new business applications. Those who have used Intelligent Office / or a Back Office system are of high interest.
