DESCRIPTION
Business Development Manager (Security and Camera Surveillance)
Location: Bolton
Salary: ?30,000 - ?35,000 basic with annual bonus, company car, phone, laptop and regular salary reviews.
We are working with an established, multi-national organisation that provide technological solutions and mobile security cameras. They have a strong presence across Europe and have recently established a base in the UK. The business have a number of different divisions they are looking to expand on and continue to grow.
Due to this new product, they are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to focus on selling specialist camera surveillance units into the Infrastructure/Construction sector.
This is a purely new business role to start with and it would be highly advantageous if you had contacts of project managers and key decision makers within civil engineering, infrastructure and commercial construction.
Key responsibilities
\" To contact companies to establish needs, determine decision maker and present how products and services can support the customers\' needs
\" To be aware of and develop commercial opportunities for the company at all times.
\" Actively build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
\" Working closely with the General Manager to plan and deliver the monthly/annual activity and targets
\" Plan daily, weekly and monthly tasks to ensure selling time is maximised and activity and revenue targets achieved
\" To ensure that all business is negotiated on the best possible commercial terms
\" Conducting marketing activity and building brand awareness on LinkedIn, hosting webinars and increasing your professional network.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in a Business Development role, have a \'Hunter\' mentality and bucket loads of determination and resilience.
